Networking dinner - Thursday 8th November 2018

We will share a meal in the Grand Hôtel des Bains.

Each participant may drive from Y-PARC to the Grand Hotel des Bains with their own car.

A bus will be organized:

19:35 departure from Y-PARC (in front of the conference building) to the Grand Hotel des Bains.
23:00 departure from the Grand Hotel des Bains to (1) train station and (2) Y-PARC.

Black Dinner - Friday 9th November 2018

We will share a "Fondue" (cheese fondue) at the Amalgame club.

We will meet here at 19:00.

Each participant may drive from Y-PARC to the Amalgame club restaurant with their own car.

A bus will be organized:

18:45 departure from Y-PARC (in front of the conference building) to the Amalgame club.
23:30 departure from the Amalgame club to (1) train station, (2) Grand Hotel des Bains, and (3) Y-PARC.
for those who will ends later, they may take a taxi.

It will directly follow the Black dinner. People coming to the Black party only can join us from 22:30.
